Biography
John practices exclusively in the areas of trusts, estates, probate, and guardianship & conservatorship. He previously taught Trusts & Estates at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He is currently the Co-Chair of the Legislation Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Probate & Trust Law Section. He is also on the Board of the Governing Council of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Probate & Trust Law Section. He is the former Co-Chair of Trust & Estate Law Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association and, before that, was the Co-Chair of the Trust & Estate Law Section of the Ramsey County Bar Association.
